Soft cover book. Depending on a multitude of reasons, including our upbringing, our religious influences, and our family experiences, we each have a preconceived picture of who Jesus is. We can assume we know, but do you really know Him? Throughout His ministry here on earth, Jesus knew the right questions to ask at just the right time to reveal truth. In fact, He asked hundreds of questions when He walked here on earth. One of the most important, most urgent, most life-changing questions that Jesus ever asked was, "But who do you say I am?” Matthew 16:15
Against the backdrop of what our culture says about Him, do you really know Him? Do you realize what He went through for you and me and why? How much time have you spent one-on-one with Him reading and studying the Bible for yourself, or do you just form opinions based on what others say about Him?
So, “Who do YOU say that He is?”
It is a question that we all must ask ourselves honestly and candidly because our answer determines everything.
Through my own love story with Jesus, I will be pointing you to Him in every way possible. My prayer is that you will come to know Him more truthfully, more intimately, and more deeply than ever before. Or maybe you will be introduced to the real Jesus for the first time.
If I had to sum up the Bible is only six words, I would write:
BY HIM, THROUGH HIM, FOR HIM
But I would even condense it more, because Jesus plus nothing is everything. I don’t need six words, I only need one:
